Listen to how you speak, notice the words you use, do they support you and who you want to be? If not, change them, out loud, immediately. You’ll be amazed at how you speak affects how you feel. Treat yourself kindly. The point is noticing whether the words you use are accurate in describing your true intentions for yourself. What you say reflects who you are.
