With Mercury just having turned Direct on February 28th and Mars turning Retrograde on the 1st of March, we have a time of change on the planet. Further, with both Jupiter (optimism) and Saturn (caution) changing directions in the first week, we can expect the early part of the month to show deep unrest in the market place. The general uncertainty of the last few years has given us the feeling that this is in fact the new normal. However, things will actually settle down in another 18 months. Now we are in the heart of this time of greatest change in our lifetime, because the whole world is moving into a new level of consciousness. We will see evidence of this change take tangible external manifestation this month. This is only the beginning.

With Venus (feminine) Square Mars (masculine), we are looking at a month where we will be forced to make adjustments in our key relationships; but also we need to find new methods to express the active and passive parts of our own self. Jupiter (king of the gods) Trine the New Moon and Pluto (lord of the underworld) Sextile the Sun and Moon, we can see that we are getting big help all month navigating the release of new energy. However, because Uranus (the urge for freedom) is in Square to both Jupiter and Pluto no old method of accommodation is going to help us find our way forward. Unique circumstances become imprinted with universal spontaneous impulses that keep changing the rules by which we live.
The Full Moon on March 16th at 1:09 PM EDT is on the 26th degree of Pisces/Virgo. Mercury (messenger of the gods) is Trine Retrograde Mars (god of war). Both planets are in growth aspects (Semi-sextile and Quincunx) to the Full Moon. This is encouraging us to find a new way of resolving old conflicts. With Saturn Trining the Sun and Sextiling the Moon, we can see that patience and discipline can help us unify our ideals with the practical needs of the moment.
The Sun enters Aries on March 20th at 12:58 PM EDT. This is the Vernal Equinox, the first day of spring. Mercury (thinking) is in Pisces (the sign of dreaming) and Trine Saturn (lord of logic); with effort we can manifest our vision of a higher truth.
