Astrological Forecast May 9-15

From the 9^th to the 15^th overwhelming optimism drives us to accomplish something. Love, honor, and a feeling for the goodness of life is compelling… still there will be some folks on the fanatical edge of this feeling.  Passions have little positive meaning unless they are directed toward a greater good.

9^th – Monday – Mercury Conjunct Venus – Important information arrives quickly, without much advanced warning.  However, pay attention to these new insights as some will prove useful in a few days.

10^th – Tuesday – We experience strong desires and everyone seems to be a little more opinionated than usual.  However, assertion can get you what you want now; dramatic displays of emotion can be just what is necessary to get people’s attention.

11^th – Wednesday – Mars enters Taurus, Venus Conjunct Jupiter, Mercury Conjunct Jupiter – Any negotiation requires a fair exchange in order to work out favorably. We can all feel our spirits rise as we view some new possibilities.  Now is the perfect time to explain your grand vision to others.

12^th – Thursday – Mars Sextile Neptune, Venus Parallel Jupiter – So much can grab our attention today.  We are inspired and enthusiastic about something; religion and ethical implications of the current world situation are on people’s minds. 

13^th – Friday – Sun Sesquiquadrate Pluto, Mars Contra-parallel Neptune – Personal ambitions can run counterpoint to the needs of society…this will be a day of adjustments of our personal preferences to the needs of others as well as to the requirements of the groups to which we belong.

14^th – Saturday – Sun Contra-parallel Pluto – Overcoming fear is the key to encouraging better relationships.  Be willing to share and the day goes smooth.  Look for ways of promoting harmony against the tide of rising selfishness.

15^th – Sunday – Mars Semi-sextile Uranus, Venus enters Taurus, Mercury enters Taurus –We make a final stab at completing a relatively new project.  After taking care of necessary responsibilities relax and just enjoy life.
