There is so much misinformation out there about what to eat and how to live life for optimum health; it can be daunting, sifting through all this data, all the bullshit people try to sell us, and the products they’re hawking. In Ageless Diet I share my story. How I got well, lost inflammation, and became healthier…biologically younger. It wasn’t hard, but it did require going back to basics. I remembered what I knew, what we all intuitively know. I rediscovered cooking for myself, and how good REAL food can taste. As my body became stronger, I discovered that physical exercise elevates my mood better than any pill ever will. I know now that a good night’s sleep is more important than almost anything.
We’ve forgotten what we’ve known in our gut to be true, that good food, a meal share, more sleep, and movement can change our lives and our world. It really is that simple.
