It’s always good to take a moment and reflect. To take a moment and be still. To take a moment and exhale and inhale. Release and receive. And there’s no more appropriate time to take that moment than now, on the cusp of the New Year. Taking time and space to reflect on our experiences in 2013, on who and what was important… a long moment to think about what was significant about those people and those experiences and about what felt right and wrong. And the why… why something or someone felt right or wrong. Take a moment to forgive and to love. This sets a tone for the next year. Who do you want to be in 2014?
The impending new year forces most of us to reflect on the year that’s ending… how did we do in 2013? Did we accomplish what we wanted, behave with grace, do good work, find love, lose love, let go, forgive?
